You'll utilize your excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills to provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Handling over 100+ customer inquiries per day in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment via phone, online, or chat * Utilizing empathy and effective communication skills to respond to customer inquiries * Utilizing multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries * Leveraging standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to build the blithequark Financial brand * Actively managing and escalating risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 1+ years of customer service experience * Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment * Proficiency in multiple systems and technology platforms * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Bonus Points** If you have: * A credit screening may be required for some roles within blithequark Home Lending * Relevant experience in the financial services industry * A strong understanding of digital banking and payments * A passion for innovation and customer-centricity **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, ranging from $18.00 to $21.75, depending on your experience and qualifications.
