Your duties will include: ### Customer Service Support • Providing accurate and professional assistance with administrative processes, data entry, and customer service • Assisting with inquiries related to benefits, records, ID verification, service documentation, and other military-related needs • Ensuring professional and empathetic communication, especially with sensitive issues ### Data Entry & Records Management • Accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining military personnel data in databases (e.g., DEERS, DFAS, VA systems, or internal records) • Managing electronic documents, including service records, claims, correspondence, and case files • Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness ### Administrative Support • Preparing reports, forms, letters, and spreadsheets as needed • Scheduling virtual meetings or appointments and managing calendars • Supporting compliance with military standards and data security protocols **Required Qualifications** • U.S. Citizen (required for federal/military contract roles) • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred • 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support • Familiarity with military structure, culture, or services (e.g., VA, DFAS, TRICARE) is a strong plus • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision • High-speed internet and a secure, quiet home office setup **Preferred Qualifications** • Prior military service or military spouse/family member • Experience with military systems such as DMDC, VA.gov, or similar • Experience with ticketing or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow) • Active Security Clearance (preferred for certain roles, not required for all) **Soft Skills** • Respectful, patient, and empathetic communication • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Integrity and commitment to confidentiality **Benefits** • Competitive hourly pay or salary based on experience and clearance level • Remote work flexibility with structured schedules • Paid time off, federal holidays, and sick leave • Professional development and training support • Opportunity to support and serve the military community **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home office.
