Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in customer support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences. While prior experience in live chat support is not required, you will need to demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to our systems and processes. Essential Qualifications Must have a reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing chat functions (laptop, phone, or tablet). Basic proficiency in English with strong written communication skills. No prior experience in live chat support is required – comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
