About the Role: Digital Customer Service Advisor We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Digital Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice, and resolving complex energy-related issues. End-to-end service via phone or email: No endless transfers or passing the buck – you'll handle queries from start to finish, including complaints, making sure customers get the right help the first time. Thinking on your feet: No scripts, no robotic responses – just real conversations where you listen, understand, and deliver solutions that make sense.
