About the Role We're currently seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, and performing data entry tasks with high accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Handle account creation and management for various print offices, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer information. Perform data entry tasks, including record supply management and brings section back, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound customer interactions, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Participate in all aspects of the customer invoice process, requiring intense attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Develop a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and processes. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: Years of general office experience, with a focus on customer service and data entry. Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex accounting spreadsheets and perform data analysis. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize a varying daily workload, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Willingness to work a standard schedule, with flexibility to ensure coverage and support the team as needed. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or a similar discipline. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Knowledge of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
