Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in managing customer queries and complaints across various communication channels. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, courteous, and effective support to our customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ticket Management: Manage support tickets from creation through to resolution, ensuring each inquiry is documented, prioritized, and followed up on. Troubleshooting: Identify customer problems and provide clear, step-by-step solutions or direct them to appropriate resources or departments. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay important information to the relevant departments for product/service improvement. Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate higher-level support or technical teams. Knowledge Base Maintenance: Help maintain and update internal knowledge base and FAQs based on common customer inquiries and new product/service updates. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role (experience in the Financial Industry is a plus). Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Decentralized Finance and/or Cryptocurrency/Blockchain is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers. Fluency in English is required.
