What You Will Do As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Becoming a product expert and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to both customers and your colleagues * Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing * Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution * Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the company's CRM system * Gathering customer feedback and working directly with Product and Engineering teams to share insights to help improve products and services * Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate and consistent information to customers * Working well under time constraints and meeting schedules, at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client's needs are met * Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile in every interaction What You Will Need To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree * 0-3 years of work experience * Ability to work a 9am-5:30pm PST Monday - Friday schedule * Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with attention to detail * Time management skills and ability to prioritize * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Additional Information blithequark is an equal opportunity employer, committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The pay range for this role is: * 21.00 - 23.00 USD per hour (US Tier 2) * 20.00 - 22.00 USD per hour (US Tier 3) This position is a non-exempt, full-time, hourly position with eligibility for overtime.
