About the Role As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our investment management clients, acting as a consulting partner to understand their workflow and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will work closely with our Senior Customer Success Managers to support marquee clients, lead client implementations and onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience. Your expertise and best practices will help our clients optimize their use of our software, and you will play a key role in driving renewal negotiations, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and monitoring customer activity trends to mitigate churn risk. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with investment management clients, maintaining a deep understanding of their workflow and acting as a consulting partner Work closely with and support Senior Customer Success Managers on marquee clients, providing expertise and guidance to ensure exceptional client experiences Assist and lead client implementations and onboarding, collaborating with our Solutions Engineering team to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes Serve as the internal Voice of the Customer, addressing feedback and requests post-implementation to ensure a positive user experience for our clients Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Marketing, to provide a fantastic client experience and go-to-market strategy Provide clients with expertise and best practices to optimize their use of our software, driving adoption and retention Handle renewal negotiations to help us achieve and exceed customer retention and growth targets Monitor customer activity trends to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities About You To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in the financial services industry, preferably working with investment management clients. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, including with client stakeholders. You will be results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
