With our momentum – backed by a $12 billion valuation and $800 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years – you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference while building a successful career. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager II at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Managing a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and accounts with strategic growth potential * Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn, engaging internal stakeholders to resolve the issue swiftly, and managing customer communications along the way * Building relationships with key stakeholders, conducting regular business reviews, and providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis * Collecting product and operational feedback from customers and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders * Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests * Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention **Qualifications** To succeed as a Customer Success Manager II at blithequark, you'll need: * A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager * Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity * A relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them * Quantitatively-inclined and data savvy, with the ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets and synthesize raw numbers into simple, actionable recommendations * A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, who enjoys fast-paced environments and isn't deterred by setbacks or pivots * A solid track record of achievement, with success in a top-tier company, delivery of quantifiable business impact, quick assumption of responsibilities, or winning of competitive awards * A strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data * Curiosity and a desire to make an impact **Total Rewards** At blithequark, we believe in fair and competitive pay that meets our employees where they are.
