Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are, with scalable benefits, rewards, and perks that reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Building genuine and durable relationships with clients, identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation * Identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn * Collecting product and operational feedback from clients and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders * Providing a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis * Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests * Driving adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology company * A strong desire to be in the technology space and a passion for building business relationships * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data * A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment * A solid track record of achievement, with experience in a top-tier company or delivering quantifiable business impact * A strong foundation in business operations, with experience in a customer-facing role or advisory capacity **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in a technology company * Experience working with global clients or in a multicultural environment * Strong knowledge of HR and payroll operations, with experience in a related field * Certification in a related field, such as HR or payroll **Total Rewards** Our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.
