About the Job The Customer Success Manager role is a critical part of our team, working closely with clients to drive the utilization of blithequark products across various platforms to create positive business outcomes. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with our internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Engage with clients post-implementation to address product performance inquiries and ensure ROI has been met Optimize every client contact to assess additional client needs and uncover additional sales opportunities Prepare client correspondence per established communication plan and communicate regularly with clients, both proactively and on demand Resolve service delivery or quality problem issues raised by clients and work with internal teams to respond to these issues, including participating in problem resolution process with support teams Collaborate with the product team to further develop knowledge on particular solutions to enhance the client’s experience with blithequark Ensure continuous improvement by identifying changes in performance, completing and documenting analysis, and driving enhancements to production Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of customer success or sales experience Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience Experience working with customers in a variety of industries, such as financial services, fintech, and credit Consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and explore options with customers Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a team environment, soliciting input and feedback Preferred Qualifications Experience working with risk management solutions Knowledge of the financial services industry Proven track record of driving customer growth and retention Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
