About the Role: Customer Success Consultant As a Customer Success Consultant at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive maximum value from their investment in our software. You will act as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with our Account Executives and Account Managers to drive product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term engagement. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing proactive planning and responsive resolution to customer needs, ensuring that our customers achieve their business objectives and become loyal advocates of our brand. Key Responsibilities: Drive product adoption through training, enablement, and proactive engagement, ensuring that customers are equipped to maximize the value of our software Deliver regular check-ins, success planning, and product reviews to ensure that customers are meeting their business objectives and are satisfied with our software Monitor usage data to identify risk and opportunity areas, providing actionable insights to customers and internal stakeholders Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers on onboarding, renewals, and growth opportunities, ensuring that customers are receiving the best possible service and support Respond to customer issues with urgency and care, providing detailed troubleshooting and resolution to ensure that customers are delighted with our service Equip customers with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make full use of our software, accelerating time-to-value and improving product satisfaction Track customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, CSAT) and improve outcomes, providing feedback to internal teams to support product and process improvements Maintain accurate records of interactions and planning in CRM tools, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a SaaS Customer Success role, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption and satisfaction Experience driving customer adoption across multi-stakeholder environments, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges of enterprise software implementations Proven ability to deliver against customer success metrics (e.g., retention, satisfaction), with a strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends Desirable Qualifications: Experience with BI, ERP, or CRM platforms, with a strong understanding of the software industry and the challenges and opportunities that our customers face Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Jira, or Customer Success platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems Experience delivering customer training or enablement sessions, with a strong presentation and communication style and ability to engage and educate customers Skills and Competencies: Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities, with a willingness to think creatively and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues Highly organized with attention to detail, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable delivering training and sharing best practices, with a strong presentation and communication style and ability to engage and educate customers A collaborative, proactive, and customer-first mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth Career Growth and Learning Opportunities: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
