Your primary focus will be on engaging with business owners, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their goals. You'll work closely with our sales, account management, credit analysis, and collections teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and achieve outstanding results. **A Typical Day for You Will Be:** * Answering inbound calls, emails, and web chats to provide expert support and guidance to our customers * Helping businesses complete loan applications and navigate our funding solutions * Assisting existing customers with account queries, such as handling repayments, processing renewal requests, and other administrative tasks * Pitching our services to customers who come through our marketing channels, using your sales skills to convert inbound prospects * Liaising with multiple teams within blithequark to achieve the best outcome for our customers * Sharing your insights and ideas to help us continually improve and reach our goals **Requirements** We're looking for individuals who are: * Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth * Excellent communicators with strong verbal and written skills * Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive * Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Confident in their ability to build rapport with business owners and provide expert guidance * Willing to learn and take ownership of their work * Ambitious and entrepreneurial in spirit **Ideally, You'll Have:** * A background in customer-facing roles, preferably in finance or a related industry * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong sales skills and the ability to convert inbound prospects * Excellent time management and multitasking skills * The ability to "think outside the box" and provide innovative solutions * A passion for learning and continuous improvement **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success.
