You'll work closely with our members to provide world-class care and support, using your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop a deep understanding of our app and personal security services to provide expert guidance and support to our members * Welcome and orient new members on how to use blithequark, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to use our services * Support our members throughout their blithequark experience, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise * Provide best-in-class care and support via video, phone, email, and chat to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving problems thoughtfully * Monitor and analyze inquiries and member support requests to identify trends and areas for improvement * Document, process, record, and report information in verbal, written, and electronic form, either in real-time or post-incident **Essential Qualifications:** * 2+ years of experience in customer service, member support, or a related field * Proven track record of providing exceptional care and support to customers or members * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Flexibility in your schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays (we run a 24x7x365 operation to provide around-the-clock safety and security for our members) * Ability to accurately read and quickly respond to computer-generated data and readouts with variations in color and refresh rate * Ability to pick up on auditory cues with varying rates of volume intensity * Ability to remain seated for extended periods of time * Successful completion of a thorough background and reference check **Preferred Qualifications:** * Enrolled or completed an Associate's or bachelor's program or military service * 2+ years in a security or armed security role * Experience working with security software or platforms * Familiarity with crisis management and conflict resolution techniques **Why Join blithequark?** * Opportunity to support our members as they use our impactful and critical service * Growth and development opportunities to advance your career – as we grow as a startup, we strive to promote from within * Competitive hourly wage rate (starting at $20-$22 per hour) * Quarterly performance bonuses and cash awards for perfect attendance * Medical, dental, vision – the works! * Remote working options – depending on your role at blithequark, you may have the option of working remotely (USA, globally), or a combination **What You'll Need:** * High-speed broadband service (wired Ethernet connection) with a minimum of 150 Mbps in a dedicated (single person use) environment or 300 Mbps if in a shared environment * Windows-based Notebook or Desktop computer, with a minimum processing speed of 1.6 GHz and 16 GB usable RAM available * Working high-definition web camera * Well-lit, dedicated, and quiet area from where to work without interruption or distraction * Workspace large enough to accommodate two monitors and a notebook computer * Ability to train on an FTE schedule from 8:00-5:00 pm for up to 4+ weeks * Ability to work multiple shifts: daytime, evening, overnight **Total Rewards:** As a high-tech security start-up, efficiency is vital to the work we perform daily.
