Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing exceptional support to blithequark customers who are using our tax return software. Your primary responsibility will be to answer questions and concerns related to our products, including downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as addressing basic tax-related queries. With our comprehensive support system, you will be empowered to deliver outstanding service, ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns Utilize your knowledge of blithequark products and tax return software to address customer questions and issues Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure seamless support and resolve complex customer issues Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and updates Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Work flexibly to meet the demands of the business, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically. While no specific accounting background is required, you should be eager to learn and help blithequark customers with their questions and concerns. Strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential for success in this position. Essential Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including blithequark products and tax return software Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business Minimum 20 hours per week availability, with the option to work more hours as desired Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment Knowledge of tax return software and blithequark products Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive compensation package, including: Competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour Opportunity to earn a $405 bonus upon completion of certification as a blithequark Product Expert Flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your own hours between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday Comprehensive support system, including SMEs and MPS, to ensure your success in the role Ongoing training and development opportunities, to help you grow and succeed in your career Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
