Your primary responsibility will be to educate and answer questions regarding our customers' warranties, ensuring that they receive the support they need to get back on the road. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, navigating complex issues and resolving conflicts with ease. Exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices, including labor guides and part pricing is preferred** * **Work from home**: Feel free to rock the casual wear while still being camera ready.
