Our team is comprised of like-minded individuals who share a love for adventure, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and a passion for innovation. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support and resolving issues with competence, empathy, and a smile. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer interactions, entering customer orders into our purchasing system accurately and quickly, and providing product and ordering support via phone, chat, text, and email.
