About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Remote (Healthcare Claims) In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing essential customer service support related to healthcare claims. As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications, to resolve routine problems and inquiries regarding our client's products and services.
