In this role, you will interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications, to resolve routine problems and inquiries regarding our client's products and services. You will be responsible for processing medical claims in a back-office setting, assisting customers with basic technical issues, and maintaining accurate records in databases.
