The Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide elite service to both parties, addressing a broad range of event and order-related questions via phone and email. You will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction with blithequark is positive, informative, and helpful. Role Expectations and Progression As you grow in your role, your expectations will evolve over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect: 30 days in: Complete new hire orientation, gaining knowledge and resources about blithequark's operations and the live event industry. Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers. Gain industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems. 60 days in: Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively. Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers beyond the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities. Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance. 90 days in: Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for individual and team goals. Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in the application process: Experience working in the live event or ticketing industry. Knowledge of ticket marketplaces and the ticket exchange process. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms. Work Environment and Company Culture Our office is located in Coppell, TX, and we offer a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office and remote work. You'll spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Work Schedule The first 4 weeks of employment will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, for training. After that, you'll work a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, including: 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off. 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.
