As a growing, diverse, and sustainable scale-up, we're committed to creating a workplace that's inclusive, collaborative, and empowering. **What does the role involve?** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative & Japanese & English Language Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Engaging and delighting our customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing disputes and complaints * Addressing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and correct manner via diverse channels (chat, email, phone, social media) * Mediating between customers and finding solutions that work for both * Collaborating with Sales and Experts to improve the overall Customer Experience * Providing valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services **This is who you are** To succeed in this role, you will be: * Motivated by providing delight to our customers * Able to communicate clearly and effectively in Japanese and English * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills * Previous experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality, tourism, retail, call-center, etc.) * Able to quickly switch between various customer channels like phone and email communications * Able to positively interact with your team and other departments * Available to work 40 hours per week * Willing to commute to our Lisbon office and work in the office at least 2 days per week * Flexible with working at least 2 weekends a month and on some public holidays **Hear what our current CS Representative says about the role** "As a CS International Representative at Blithequark, I enjoy being part of a team that strives to provide an excellent level of service to our buyers and sellers.
