Maintains current knowledge of client calls regarding retail, commercial, bankcard, and online banking, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the financial services industry. Serves as initial point of contact for reported fraud and forgery, taking prompt and effective action to protect our clients' interests. Documents the reported activity and takes appropriate action, including opening, closing, or placing holds on accounts, ensuring that our clients' accounts are secure and protected. Identifies cross-sales opportunities through client profiles and account detail information, promoting blithequark products to clients and making referrals to sales teams when possible. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED with 1 year of call center or customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and support to clients. Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with clients and colleagues. Working knowledge of PC-based software, including the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously. Ability to work in multiple software applications at one time, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively. Strong keyboard skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
