About the Role As a Customer Service Representative I at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless customer interactions, resolving issues, and developing creative solutions to meet their needs. You will be the customer-facing voice of our organization, working closely with sales and operations partners to validate orders, manage data entry, and provide proactive updates on order status. Key Responsibilities Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Enter purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy, including Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms, and push back on incorrect or subpar data submissions. Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases to ensure compliance and quality. Develop creative solutions to customer issues and provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, to inform future improvements and enhancements. Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process and support the Sales Department by answering questions and researching responses with sales teams. Build strong relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies. Support Sales Representatives in cases of product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, showcasing your ability to interact with customers, resolve issues, and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience as an account representative, demonstrating your ability to manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service. Familiarity with Oracle or similar systems, highlighting your technical skills and adaptability.
