Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, specializes in inbound and outbound support for the home improvement industry, ensuring that customer expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of the project. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work in a hybrid environment, with the opportunity to work from home after completing a week of in-office onboarding and training.
