Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-quality assistance via ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform. **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative (German), you'll be the face of blithequark, advocating for our customers and gathering valuable feedback to ensure exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction.
