Job Overview As an Associate Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, providing expert product support, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone calls, performing diagnosis of products and taking appropriate action to resolve customer issues. Provide advanced troubleshooting and advise specification guidelines to plumbers, designers, and retail, wholesale, and showroom personnel. Walk customers and trade professionals through step-by-step installation and/or repair of blithequark products. Demonstrate technical proficiency in navigating and managing multiple computer windows and software systems, including customer relationship management, order management, and website navigation. Effectively utilize Customer Care Center (3C) technology, including Salesforce CRM, blithequark.com, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Outlook Email, SharePoint, Verint Schedules, and Workbrain, as well as other tools and resources available. Gain knowledge of all blithequark products and associated warranties, reading and understanding technical publications, diagrams, and specification documents. Develop excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tracking orders, providing availability, and other shipping information, as well as upselling blithequark products and accessories as appropriate. Assist in implementing procedures to maximize up-time and phone coverage, tracking trends in product variations, and reporting to engineering and quality as necessary. Participate in various Customer Service Support functions, including order block reports, credit card reports, and shipping resolution, meeting or exceeding balanced scorecard metrics and maintaining an acceptable attendance record. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, with a 2-4 year degree preferred. 1+ years of customer service experience desired, with previous computer experience necessary for success in this position. Experience in a call center environment preferred, with completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent technical skills, with proficiency in software applications and systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Work from Home Requirements Equipment will be provided, with the associate responsible for paying their own internet expenses and having a hard-wired internet service via cable, fiber, or DSL with a minimum 10mbps service. A separate, confidential, and distraction-free workspace is required, with no background noises and freedom from other responsibilities. Associates must be focused on delivering a world-class service experience, working during assigned shift times Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with break and lunch times scheduled. Part-time hours are 34-36 hours/week after training, with more hours required during peak season.
