Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers leave our Locker+ locations feeling satisfied and valued. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions Work through problem-solving scenarios to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly Utilize technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and ensure that all packages are handled and stored correctly Physical Requirements In this role, you will be required to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will also need to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Additionally, you may be required to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, and go up and down stairs (where applicable).
