Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Providing Top-Notch Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer, every time. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Cross-Selling and Promoting Products: Cross-sell items to complement the customer's purchase and highlight current marketing promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Assist in maintaining a clean store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping, to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees. Stocking Shelves and Receiving Deliveries: Stock shelves and coolers, and assist with receiving deliveries to the store, to ensure that our customers have access to the products they need. What We're Looking For So, what makes a successful Customer Service Representative at blithequark? Here are the essential and preferred qualifications: Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: A positive and friendly demeanor, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior Customer Service Experience: 6 months to 1 year of prior customer service experience, with cash handling experience a plus. Flexible Schedule: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Results-Driven Individual: A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals. TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates: The ability to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates, as required by law.
