Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative and Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our logistics and transportation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational tasks, and effectively communicating issues with Program Coordinators. This is a remote position, and you must be located in the MST or PST time zone, with a preference for candidates in Riverside CA, Oceanside CA, Fontana CA, Albuquerque, Phoenix AZ, Kent WA, Portland OR, Hayward CA, Woods Cross UT, Denver CO, or Las Vegas NV. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing systems such as AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel Coordinate and support various client and internal reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of operational tasks Effectively communicate issues and concerns with Program Coordinators, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to business operations Utilize knowledge of transportation logistics, brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction experience to provide expert support to clients and internal stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field, with a focus on logistics and transportation Proficiency in AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and data entry Knowledge of transportation logistics, brokerage, automotive dispatch, or auto auction experience Proficiency in additional systems and technologies, such as supply chain management software or logistics platforms Certifications or training in customer service, data entry, or a related field Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in multiple languages Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Customer Service Skills: ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner Data Entry Skills: ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing a range of systems and technologies Communication Skills: ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, both verbally and in writing Problem-Solving Skills: ability to resolve issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, utilizing strong problem-solving and analytical skills Time Management Skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees, providing opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
