If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role where you can make a measurable difference, we invite you to join us. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for: * Responding to inbound calls from existing customers to address their questions and concerns regarding their insurance policies * Processing service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, and more * Helping customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits * Working to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation * Collaborating with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
