Role Overview As a Customer Retention Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of our company. You will be a key part of a dedicated, professional team that is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to assist customers who are considering canceling their insurance coverage, helping them understand the importance of maintaining their policies. You will also provide policy maintenance support, ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with blithequark. What You Will Do In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers, answering questions about policy benefits and premiums, and accurately documenting information on our database. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in providing superior customer service to our clients. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain excellent organization and time management skills. Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls with customers who are calling to cancel their insurance coverage or require policy maintenance support Answer questions about policy benefits and premiums, providing accurate and helpful information to our customers Accurately document customer interactions on our database, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met, and that our company's goals are achieved What You Can Bring To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or GED, as well as customer service experience. You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in the use of computers, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to type 30 words per minute. A pre-employment assessment will be required to ensure that you have the necessary skills for this role.
