Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, quality, timelines, deliverables, and budget, across multiple projects Manage change and project scope to minimize additional unfunded work and maximize funded change requests Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business challenges and priorities across multiple accounts Collaborate with R&D teams to create and prioritize work items in the product backlog, aligning with customer plans and commitments Proactively communicate with customers to ensure a shared understanding of project status, risks, and assumptions, using a combination of reports and verbal communication Support the culture of continuous improvement within Professional Services to improve project outcomes for our customers and blithequark Manage project dependencies and impediments, particularly dependencies met by customers Proactively manage costs versus budget to ensure project profitability Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
