About the Role As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers fully adopt our fleet management software platform. Your primary objective will be to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, execute a process-driven onboarding experience, and provide exceptional customer support. You will work closely with customers to document their desired outcomes, complete product training, configure their blithequark account, import their data, and roll out the product to their users. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers develop successful habits and maximize the benefits of our software.
