About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about customer happiness and has previous experience working with luxury goods. As a Customer Happiness Professional, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials, and guide customers through the ordering procedure online. Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping, and work with outside shipping contractors to resolve international concerns. Utilize a range of software tools to address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience. Requirements: BASIC REQUIREMENTS A high school diploma or equivalent; two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries. Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs. Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings, and a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service. A working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in one of the following languages: English, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Russian.
