About the Role: Customer Experience Champion II As a Customer Experience Champion II at blithequark, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-contact resolution, discovery, efficiency, and quality. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer concerns, educating customers on device-related inquiries, and turning every contact into a sell or save opportunity. Your passion for customer satisfaction, combined with your sales acumen and technical expertise, will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner, educating customers on device-related inquiries and promoting blithequark products and services. Embody the Service Plus mindset by resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs, providing targeted recommendations and leveraging customer-specific insights. Navigate systems and utilize tools and resources to provide billing explanations, resolve complex customer issues, and promote blithequark products and services. Serve as a brand ambassador, advocating for customers and highlighting the benefits of blithequark's products and services, while practicing business acumen that benefits the company, customers, and fellow employees. Identify plans and services that suit customer needs, preventing future contacts and driving business growth through strategic customer engagement. Where You'll Be Working: Remote with Occasional In-Person Meetings This remote role offers the flexibility to work from home, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings at our Temple Terrace, FL hub location. You'll need to have a dedicated quiet and private workspace, meeting our home office requirements, including a minimum internet speed of 25mbps and a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience. One or more years of sales experience, with a strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A. Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs. Meet all home office requirements, including a private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a dedicated desk for company-provided equipment. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing. Experience with Google's G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Technical expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, applications, network, and device issues. Experience promoting and upselling products or services, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
