As a Customer Engineering Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team that partners with sales to deliver revenue growth. You'll work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Our platform is used by companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, to test their software applications and ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineering Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Leading a high-performing team of customer engineers who are responsible for delivering automation testing and solutions engineering services to our customers * Partnering with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements * Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our platform * Identifying and mitigating risks associated with customer projects, ensuring that our customers meet their quality and delivery requirements * Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services * Managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met and that quality is maintained * Providing technical guidance and support to our customers, ensuring that they have a deep understanding of our platform and its capabilities **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * 10-15 years of engineering experience in the B2B SaaS space, with a focus on automation testing and solutions engineering * Prior experience as an Automation Test Manager or Lead, particularly with hands-on expertise in Selenium * Experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Consulting roles with a technical background * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline * Hands-on knowledge of one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Ruby, JavaScript) * Proficiency with development tools and IDEs (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, Maven, Git) * Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks (JUnit/NUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, NightWatchJS, WebDriverIO) * Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Azure DevOps) * Understanding of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, VPNs, IPsec, firewalls) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on improving collaboration in a fast-paced, high-dynamic team environment **Benefits** As a Customer Engineering Manager at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Medical insurance for self, spouse, up to 2 dependent children and Parents or Parents-in-law up to INR 5,00,000 * Gratuity as per payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 * Unlimited Time Off to ensure our people invest in their wellbeing, to rest and rejuvenate, spend quality time with family and friends * Remote-First work environment that allows our people to work from anywhere in India * Remote-First Benefit for home office setup, connectivity, accessories, co-working spaces, wellbeing to ensure an amazing remote work experience **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're passionate about innovation and customer satisfaction.
