Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot payment issues: Investigate and resolve problems related to missing payments, invoice confusion, sales tax mismatches, vendor delays, or technical issues. Client communication: Build trust and resolve issues through phone and email conversations with customers, using a collaborative and solutions-focused approach. CRM logging & documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, decisions, and outcomes, ensuring that our finance, audit, and support teams have access to the information they need. Cross-department coordination: Work closely with our Billing, Support, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. What Success Looks Like In this role, success is measured by the timely payment of invoices, the resolution of payment issues, and the maintenance of strong customer relationships. You will be expected to: Ensure that invoices are paid on time or quickly recovered when delayed. Leave customers feeling respected and supported after billing conversations. Maintain a steady cash flow, predictable revenue, and a healthy business. Build trust with our Finance, Sales, and Support teams through accurate and reliable documentation and follow-through. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: Excellent communication skills, particularly on the phone.
