Our team is comprised of talented and passionate individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our customers and the communities we serve. **Key Responsibilities** As the CPS Customer Director for North America, you will be responsible for: - Developing and implementing a comprehensive customer strategy for the CPS business in North America, aligned with our company's overall business objectives and growth plans. - Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key customers in the beverage industry, including identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer strategies, including sales, marketing, and operations. - Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities, and developing strategies to stay ahead of the competition. - Establishing and maintaining regular communication with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service, including regular meetings, calls, and site visits. - Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the CPS product portfolio to effectively promote and sell to customers, including product features, benefits, and applications. - Utilizing data and analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth and profitability. - Managing and negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure profitability and sustainable growth, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. - Providing leadership and guidance to a team of CPS sales professionals to achieve targets and drive results, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark, representing our values and commitment to excellence in all interactions with customers, including presentations, meetings, and events. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: - A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales. - At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management, preferably in the beverage industry. - Proven track record of delivering results, including sales growth, revenue expansion, and customer satisfaction. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. - Ability to travel regularly, including domestic and international travel, to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in training and development programs. **Preferred Qualifications** - Master's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales. - Experience in the beverage industry, including knowledge of the CPS business and product portfolio. - Proven experience in leading and managing a team of sales professionals, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management. - Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. - Experience in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with customers, including the ability to manage and maintain strong relationships. **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive growth and profitability. - Ability to travel regularly, including domestic and international travel, to meet with customers, attend industry events, and participate in training and development programs. - Strong knowledge of the CPS business and product portfolio, including product features, benefits, and applications. - Ability to utilize data and analytics to track and measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to drive growth and profitability. - Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and perform performance management. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
