About the Role As a Customer Care Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our retail and wholesale clients receive an exceptional buying experience. You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, text, and social media to provide top-notch support and resolve any issues that may arise.
