**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Remote Support for Travel Industry**

As a key member of our Customer Contact Center team, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers navigate the complexities of travel, from booking and managing reservations to resolving issues with their MileagePlus accounts and more. If you're a people person with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering top-notch customer care, we want to hear from you! **Job Overview and Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for researching and resolving complex customer complaints regarding blithequark's products and services, including those related to customers with disabilities and the Department of Transportation. Your expertise will be sought after by internal stakeholders, including our executive offices, Premier members, and other teams within the organization. You'll work closely with our internal legal affairs team to ensure that customer complaints are thoroughly researched and addressed. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Researching root causes of complex customer complaints and developing effective solutions * Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that escalated issues are properly addressed and responded to * Providing subject matter expertise and escalation support to frontline Customer Care agents and external contact center groups * Ensuring that cases are properly documented, represented, and addressed * Participating in special projects as assigned by management **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a strong foundation in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment. You'll also need to have a solid understanding of blithequark's Contract of Carriage, policies, procedures, and initiatives. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization, external business partners, team members, and customers. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include: * Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience * Minimum 2 years customer service / contact center experience * Strong subject matter expertise / working knowledge of blithequark's Contract of Carriage, policies, procedures, and initiatives * Superior written communication skills/strong verbal skills * Ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels of the organization, external business partners, team members, and customers * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Demonstrated problem-solving ability, initiative, and superior decision-making skills * Work schedule requires ability and willingness to work any 7 days of the week, including weekends * Fully remote * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship * Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification * Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position **What Will Help You Propel from the Pack?** While the essential qualifications listed above are a great starting point, there are some additional skills and qualifications that will help you stand out in this role: * Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field * 5 or more years customer service / contact center experience; Contact Center, Refunds, Baggage, Airport or Inflight experience; EZR/SHARES proficiency **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $48,735.00 to $63,494.00, depending on your experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
