Magazine's Best in Business (twice), Crain's Best Places to Work NYC (twice), and as a finalist for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation's 2023 Citizens Awards for companies operating as a force for good. **The Role** As a Customer Care Associate, Group Orders, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of support for our Group Order clientele. You'll receive comprehensive training to become an expert on our order platform, restaurant dynamics, and customer support best-practices. This is a specialized role that requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
