About the Role We are looking for a friendly and passionate Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers Develop a deep understanding of our skincare products to become a skincare guru and provide expert advice to customers Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Identify trends in customer feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers about our monthly promotions and products, driving sales and revenue growth Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using tools like Zendesk and Microsoft Outlook/Teams Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and warehouse, to address customer feedback and improve service delivery Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders A team player mindset, with a positive and energetic attitude, and a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in using multiple computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zendesk A passion for skincare and a willingness to learn about our products and services Familiarity with SAP, Shopify, and/or CRM software is an asset Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a skincare, spa, or medical brand environment Licensed Esthetician or relevant certification Knowledge of phone systems software and online database and internet-based systems Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
