As a Customer Business Lead, you will play a critical role in driving our growth strategy and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our Snack Food division. **Job Summary** As a Customer Business Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a winning growth strategy for our Snack Food division in partnership with our customers, including Costco. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a remote position that requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and collaboration with our global teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our Snack Food division in partnership with Costco, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Costco regional buyers, to understand their needs, preferences, and business objectives * Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales planning, category development, RGM, supply chain, ecommerce, shopper marketing, and insights, to drive business growth and improve profitability * Analyze syndicated data, member data, research, and industry trends to create business cases for product and execution solutions that drive growth and improve profitability * Develop and manage revenue plans, trade plans, sales forecasts, and commercial strategies to deliver annual objectives * Influence continuous product development by collaborating with internal cross-functional business teams to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs and preferences of our customers * Own the P&L to ensure the delivery of blithequark financial goals and market share gains * Actively ensure precision and consistency with monthly, quarterly, annual internal & external deliverables **What You Will Bring** * A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer-facing CPG sales role with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ Selling experience a plus * Understanding of product commercialization processes * Ability to leverage customer-specific data, including syndicated, Costco IRI, and consumer research, to drive business results * Customer focus and attention to detail * Experience with customer trade negotiations * Understanding and driving action through the lens of a customer P&L * Bachelor's degree **What We Offer** * A highly competitive base salary range of $134,200 to $184,450, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget * Eligibility for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time * Opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * A collaborative and inclusive work culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion **About Our Company Culture** At blithequark, we are committed to creating a workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
