**Experienced Client Services Advisor – Disney Institute (Remote, Work From Home)**

You will work closely with our project teams to provide support and guidance, utilizing your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in managing multiple portfolios and on-site learnings, including face-to-face and online training programs. • *Key Responsibilities** • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. • Provide on-site support for face-to-face growth opportunities at the Walt Disney World Hotel, including project coordination and logistics. • Facilitate and participate in client and internal meetings, maintaining accurate records of conversations, deadlines, and communications. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products and services to clients. • Proactively identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track. • Monitor project progress and resource allocation, working with cross-functional teams to meet time constraints. • Support both face-to-face and online learning programs, ensuring that they are delivered to the highest standard. • Maintain regular communication with internal partners and external vendors regarding work status, quality control, cost management, and deadlines. • Utilize project management and vendor management systems to manage work orders, track production, transportation, and receipt of materials. • Manage allocated projects, providing regular updates on a case-by-case basis. • Capably navigate multiple computer systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • *Essential Capabilities** • 1+ years of experience building positive relationships with employees, clients, vendors, partners, and other functional units. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, assignments, and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and providing support for programs at the Walt Disney World Hotel. • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a team and independently as needed. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. • Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks independently, with minimal supervision. • Capable of making decisions within established guidelines. • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Willing to learn new software applications as required. • Possession of a valid FL Driver's License (Class C) with a clean driving record showing five (5) years of prior safe driving. • *Favored Capabilities** • Past experience working at the Walt Disney World Resort or other areas within Disney Experiences or Disney Brand Experiences. • Experience providing on-site functional support for projects and events. • Multilingual, with proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese a plus. • Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders or other high-level stakeholders. • Proficiency in Smartsheet, WorkFront, Siebel, DSCS, WebBEO, and Certainty. • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively in a variety of settings. • Experience following directives from leaders in disparate areas or time zones. • Skilled in communication through platforms like Teams, Zoom, and other virtual tools. • *Required Education** • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. • *Favored Education** • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or related field or equivalent work experience. • *About Working at blithequark** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing a work environment that is inclusive and respectful of all employees.
