About the Role As a Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, handling high-volume inbound calls from customers who are looking to move. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Our Call Center Sales Representatives are self-motivated, high-energy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities and Duties Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers needing to move, providing exceptional customer service and support Be self-motivated and work well in a Call Center atmosphere, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Utilize basic computer navigation skills to access customer information, update records, and process transactions Bring high energy to the phones and assume the close, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets Participate in monthly raffles with high-end prizes, recognizing and rewarding your achievements and contributions to the team Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share best practices, and continuously improve our customer service standards Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be punctual on a daily basis, with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability Be willing to participate in our pre-employment background check, as part of our hiring process Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Be able to work well under pressure, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets and customer service standards What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation structure, with a range of benefits and perks to support your career growth and well-being.
