About the Role As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our product. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer support via email, live chat, and proactive outreach. You will become an expert in all aspects of our platform, guiding customers on best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Answering written support inquiries through email and chat, focused on creating successful customers by educating them on best practices, driving adoption, and increasing renewal rates. Proactively reaching out to customers to assist with onboarding and providing support where needed. Assisting with documentation, research, and other side projects as required. Providing customer-focused feedback to other teams, promoting a success mindset throughout the organization. Previous experience in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product is essential, along with a career focus on Customer Success. Essential Qualifications Native proficiency in verbal and written English, with the ability to effectively communicate in at least one other language (Spanish, French, German, or Dutch). Experience working in Customer Support or Success, preferably in a SaaS environment. A strong passion for customer success and a desire to advance in this field. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex subjects. Comfortable working remotely and self-sufficient, with strong organizational skills. A resourceful problem solver with a desire to learn and grow. Receptive to feedback and comfortable providing feedback to help others improve. Preferred Qualifications Previous knowledge of HubSpot, Confluence, Jira, and support ticketing platforms is a plus. Experience with troubleshooting technical issues and increasing technical knowledge. Familiarity with customer success strategies and best practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of €23,000 - €34,000 based on experience and performance, plus Share Appreciation Rights (SARs).
