Key Responsibilities Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries. Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications, ensuring that customers are well-informed and engaged. Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details, such as customer preferences, availability, and vehicle requirements. Cultivate and keep updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services, including new vehicle models, financing options, and service packages. Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation, ensuring that all customer interactions are documented and followed up on. Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment, highlighting key discussion points, customer concerns, and follow-up actions. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, call center, or customer service role. Must possess fluency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to successfully complete a background check is required, with a clean and stable work history. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary, with a strong educational foundation in a related field. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in internet navigation, window-based computer applications, and typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred). Basic knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle models, financing options, and service packages. Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, chat platforms, and other customer service tools.
