English & Communication Coach
About the RoleWe’re looking for an English & Communication Coach to help Wing’s virtual assistants and staff elevate their communication effectiveness — ensuring clarity, tone alignment, and professionalism in both written and spoken English. This role focuses on email and voice communication coaching, expectation-setting with clients, and the establishment of a structured ESL upskilling program to raise overall communication standards across the organization.Qualifications- At least 3 years of experience in communication coaching, ESL instruction, or language training — ideally in a corporate, BPO, or remote environment.- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and professional correspondence.- Experience coaching individuals on client communication, email writing, and expectation-setting techniques.- Strong facilitation and feedback skills with the ability to coach across different skill levels.- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple learners or cohorts.Preferred Skills- Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.- Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.- Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.Department: Learning & Development Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid Compensation: PHP 35,000–50,000/month (based on experience and performance)
