Our team is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry, and we're seeking like-minded professionals to join us on this journey. **Job Summary** As the Director of Customer Success, Acute & Payer, you'll lead a team of Customer Success Managers in supporting our Acute (Provider) enterprise and strategic customers. You'll be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies, driving value realization, and ensuring customer satisfaction across the US and Canada. This is a remote position, and you'll manage a team of remote Customer Success Managers. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve customer success goals and objectives • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth, value realization, and customer satisfaction across the Acute & Payer client base • Collaborate with sales, professional services, and other leaders to ensure success across the business value stream • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their goals and objectives • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive customer success and growth • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure customer success and growth • Escalate issues and concerns to senior leadership as needed, and work collaboratively to resolve them • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to ensure blithequark remains competitive and innovative **Requirements** • Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise/SaaS customer success teams • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically acute and provider areas • Health Tech background and experience strongly preferred • Experience in roles with accountability over metrics and/or P&L • Experience in accountability for net revenue retention and customer value and health • Strong collaborator who can work with sales, professional services, and other leaders to ensure success across the business value stream • Strong judgment on when and how to escalate • Strategic thinker who can partner with stakeholders on how to approach and drive success in the state • Quick study on all things in the market who can grasp the complicated dynamics of our customers • Strong people manager who can motivate the team • Solution-oriented who will not just surface problems, but propose solutions and work collaboratively to execute on them **Essential Qualifications** • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field • Proven track record of driving growth, value realization, and customer satisfaction • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends and challenges • Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on customer success and growth **Preferred Qualifications** • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field • Experience in health Tech and/or the healthcare industry • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs • Experience in developing and executing customer success strategies **Skills and Competencies** • Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on customer success and growth • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on customer success and growth • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs • Experience in developing and executing customer success strategies • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its trends and challenges **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
