Data Entry Specialist & Bookkeeper

Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in organizing and streamlining the financial operations of a rapidly growing construction company. This position offers the unique opportunity to make an immediate impact by cleaning up historical data and then transitioning into an ongoing support role that keeps their financial systems running smoothly. You’ll work with modern tools like Job Nimbus CRM and QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial tracking that directly supports the company’s growth goals. The flexible schedule progression makes this ideal for someone who wants project-based intensity followed by sustainable part-time work.
